Content You Submit: When you use our detection tools, you may submit text or images for analysis. This content is sent to our servers for processing and is not permanently stored after your analysis is complete.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version for the purpose of improving app performance and debugging issues.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as which features are used and general app interaction patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Go Winston Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.

4. Data Storage & Retention
Scan History: Your scan results are stored locally on your device. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time from the Settings page. We do not have access to your locally stored scan history.
Submitted Content: Text and images submitted for analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Content is automatically purged after processing is complete.
5. Third-Party Services
Go Winston uses the following third-party services:
- AI Analysis Providers: Your submitted content is sent to AI service providers for analysis. These providers process the data solely for the purpose of generating detection results and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to manage your subscription status.
- Apple App Store: All payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple's infrastructure.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
7. Children's Privacy
Go Winston is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete all locally stored scan history at any time
- Control your data retention preferences in the app settings
- Request information about what data we may hold
- Request deletion of any data associated with your use
